- A man came to the Prophet and said, ‘O Messenger of God! Who among the people is the most worthy of my good companionship? The Prophet (pbuh) said: Your mother. The man said, ‘Then who?’ The Prophet said: Then your mother. The man further asked, ‘Then who?’ The Prophet said: Then your mother. The man asked again, ‘Then who?’ The Prophet said: Then your father. (Bukhari, Muslim)
- Ibn 'Abbas and Anas bin Malik (May Allah be pleased with them) reported: Messenger of Allah, Prophet Muhammed (pbuh) said, "If a son of Adam were to own a valley full of gold, he would desire to have two. Nothing can fill his mouth except the earth (of the grave). Allah turns with mercy to him who turns to Him in repentance". (Bukhari and Muslim).
- Anas (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: The Prophet (peace be upon him) said, "No one of you becomes a true believer until he likes for his brother what he likes for himself". (Bukhari and Muslim).
- Abu Hurairah (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said, "There are three signs of a hypocrite: When he speaks, he lies; when he makes a promise, he breaks it; and when he is trusted, he betrays his trust." (Bukhari and Muslim).
- Abu Hurairah (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said, "The believers who show the most perfect Faith are those who have the best behaviour, and the best of you are those who are the best to their wives".(At-Tirmidhi).
- `Amr bin Shu`aib (May Allah be pleased with him)on the authority of his father who heard it from his father reported: Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "He is not one of us who shows no mercy to younger ones and does not acknowledge the honor due to our elders".(At-Tirmidhi and Abu Dawud).
- Abu Musa (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: The Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said, "Visit the sick, feed the hungry, and (arrange for the) release of the captive.'' (Bukhari).
- Abu Hurairah (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: The Prophet (peace be upon him) said, "A woman is married for four things: for her wealth, for her lineage, for her beauty or for her piety. Select the pious, may you be blessed!". (Bukhari and Muslim).
- Abu Dharr (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: The Prophet (peace be upon him) said, "Allah, the Almighty, says: `Whosoever does a good deed, will have (reward) ten times like it and I add more; and whosoever does an evil, will have the punishment like it or I will forgive (him); and whosoever approaches Me by one span, I will approach him by one cubit; and whosoever approaches Me by one cubit, I approach him by one fathom, and whosoever comes to Me walking, I go to him running; and whosoever meets Me with an earth-load of sins without associating anything with Me, I meet him with forgiveness like that". (Muslim)
- Anas (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "Three (things) follow a dead person: Members of his family, his property and his deeds. Two of them return; and one remains with him. The people and his wealth return; his deeds remain with him". (Al-Bukhari and Muslim).
- K`ab bin Malik (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said, "Two hungry wolves sent in the midst of a flock of sheep are no more destructive to them than a man's greed for wealth and fame is to his Deen.'' (At-Tirmidhi)
- Ibn `Abbas (May Allah be pleased with them) reported: Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said to Ashaj Abdul-Qais (May Allah be pleased with him), "You possess two qualities that Allah loves. These are clemency and tolerance.'' (Muslim)
- Abu Hurairah (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: A man asked the Prophet (pbuh) to give him advice, and he (peace be upon him) said, "Do not get angry.'' The man repeated that several times and he (peace be upon him) replied (every time), "Do not get angry.'' (Bukhari).
- Abu Hurairah (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said, "The strong man is not the one who wrestles, but the strong man is in fact the one who controls himself in a fit of rage.'' (Bukhari and Muslim).
- Abu Hurairah (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: The Prophet (peace be upon him) said, "He who believes in Allah and the Last Day, let him show hospitality to his guest; and he who believes in Allah and the Last Day, let him maintain good relation with kins; and he who believes in Allah and the Last Day, let him speak good or remain silent.'' (Bukhari and Muslim).
- Abu Hurairah (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: The Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said, "Allah makes the way to Jannah (Paradise) easy for him who treads the path in search of knowledge.'' (Muslim).
- Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) “It is obligatory for every Muslim, male or female, to acquire knowledge”. (Al-Bayhaqi).
- “Remember Allah during times of ease and He will remember you during times of hardship.” [Narrated by Ahmad]
- A believer must not hate his wife, and if he is displeased with one bad quality in her,then let him be pleased with one that is good in her. (Muslim)
- The most excellent jihad is when one speaks a true word in the presence of a tyrannical ruler. (Tirmidhi)
- The Prophet (pbuh) said: "Do not regard any good deed as insignificant, even if it be that you meet your brother with a smiling (pleasant) face." (Muslim)
- Allah's Messenger (pbuh) said, "Do not be people without minds of your own, saying that if others treat you well you will treat them well and that if they do wrong you will do wrong; but accustom yourselves to do good if people do good and not to do wrong if they do evil." Al-Tirmidhi Hadith
- Narrated by Umar bin Al-Khattab: I heard Allah Apostle saying, "The reward of deeds depends upon the intentions and every person will get reward according ti what he has intended. So whoever emigrated for wordly benefits or for a woman to marry, his emigration was for what he emigrated for. "
- The prophet (pbuh) said: "Allah will have mercy on those who are merciful to others. If you treat the dwellers of the earth kindly, then He who dwells in the heavens will treat you kindly." (Abu Dawud)
- The prophet (pbuh) said: "Whoever follow a path seeking knowledge thereby, Allah will make a path to Paradise easy for him." (Muslim)
- "Richness dies not lie in the abundance of the wordly goods, but richness is the richness of the soul (heart, self)." (Muslim)
- "Before Allah, the most hated are quarrelsome devaters." (Bukhari)
- "A person who does not renounce dalse speech and practicing falsehood while he fasts, Allah cares not for his abstinence from food or drink." (Bukhari)
- Narrated by Abu Hurairah: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said “Thinking well of others is part of good worship.” (Abu Dawud)
